Frequently asked questions
Are private rooms shown?
No. We only track public rooms, so visits to private rooms do not appear.
Why does a room have no history?
If it is public and we were not tracking it yet, we add it when you search for it. Check back later and visits will start to appear.
What is “View outfits”?
It opens in Room Outfits what the visitors were wearing during that visit. It requires the Basic plan or higher.
