What we collect

If you create an account we store your username, your email address and a secure hash of your password (never the password itself). We also keep your subscriptions (plan, status and renewal date) and technical logs needed to keep the site secure, such as failed login attempts.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (card) and PayPal. Your card number and your PayPal credentials are entered on their pages and never reach our servers. We only receive the identifiers of your subscription and its status.

IMVU data

Our tools show information that IMVU makes public (profiles, outfits, rooms, badges and products). Searches can be done without an account and we do not link them to your identity.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed for the site to work: the session cookie, the "keep me signed in" cookie if you choose it, and the language you selected. If you do not have a paid plan, Google also uses cookies to show you ads (see "Advertising"). See the cookie policy for details.

Advertising

If you use the site without a paid plan, we show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar identifiers to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites, to measure their performance and to prevent fraud. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before using advertising cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Users on a Basic, Pro or Exclusive plan see no ads, and no Google AdSense code is loaded for them.

Third parties

Besides Stripe and PayPal, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots on the account forms, an email provider to send account emails, and Google AdSense for ads (see "Advertising"). We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Retention

Accounts that are not verified are deleted after 7 days. Login attempts are deleted after one day. Account and subscription data are kept while your account exists.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription by itself: cancel it first from your account.
